I have had 24 years of experience as a Realtor and 12 years as a Real Estate Paralegal in Connecticut. I have organized and closed countless real estate transactions, including first-time home buyers, new construction, relocation, investments, vacation homes, 55+ communities, rentals, etc. both as a paralegal as well as an Realtor. Robin Newton
REALTOR
Robin brings with her 20+ years of experience serving in Connecticut Municipal planning departments in various capacities. She has served as a town planner, municipal wetlands agent, and zoning enforcement officer, giving her extensive experience with municipal rules and regulations. This background helps to assist her clients with any questions they may have regarding a property’s current use and/or future use, interpretation and impact of any potential restrictions before investing in a property and just overall peace of mind. Robin’s past professional experience at a law firm provides knowledge and experience related to title searches, contracts, legal terms and closings. Robin’s overall experience brings a wealth of knowledge in all different facets of Real Estate.
Robin will not only be supporting our Gateway Team, but will be available to assist her own Sellers/Buyers, Landlords/Tenants, and anyone needing her specialization in land use and development. (more info).

Amy has many years of experience in customer support, public engagement and interaction, as well as coordinating countless events. That experience along with her great attention to detail and organization, outgoing and warm personality, makes Amy an important asset to your real estate journey.
