I have had 24 years of experience as a Realtor and 12 years as a Real Estate Paralegal in Connecticut. My background in law enables me to provide my clients with peace of mind that they have an agent that is not only versed in the real estate market but in contract law, terminology, etc., in essence, providing them with much more protection and quality representation. I have organized and closed countless real estate transactions, including first-time home buyers, new construction, relocation, investments, vacation homes, 55+ communities, rentals, etc. both as a paralegal as well as an Realtor. I know first hand how valuable your time is and the importance of communication, organization, and above all, trust. That’s why my business is primarily referral-based – my clients come back and always refer me to family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers. And because of the trust and respect that I have gained from so many buyers & sellers over these years, it was possible for me to open my very own real estate agency in 2012, with three offices allowing representation throughout Connecticut.
During my career in real estate, I have received many special honors and awards, such as Honor Circle, Monthly Top Sales, and Listings, Presidents Circle (Top 5% Nationally in Production), Executive Club, 100% Club, among the Top Producers in the Greater Hartford Board of Realtors and Tri-County Board of Realtors, and consistently finished among the Top 5 Producers in an office of 75 agents.
